Cancellation Options:

We intend to provide the best quality products. However, in spite of best efforts, there may be situations which may lead to an insufficient user experience. Following guidelines would be followed in resolving such situations:

Cancellations:

If the order is to be cancelled, it has to be cancelled prior to despatch. Kindly inform us promptly in case you decide not to purchase. If the order has not been shipped yet, we would cancel the order and money would be refunded back to your account.

Returns:

If a Saree is not as per expection basis the images in the site, you may return the same to us by courier. On receipt of the saree, you may purchase another saree in lieu of the same through a voucher provided by us of a value of the returned saree.
